By accessing and using the Joe Lucky website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Joe Lucky provides professional photography services including but not limited to wedding photography, elopement photography, and portrait sessions. Specific terms for photography services are outlined in individual client contracts.

Booking and Payment

Reservations

A signed contract and retainer payment are required to secure your date. Dates are not reserved until both are received.

Payment Terms

• Retainer fees are non-refundable
• Final payment is due as specified in your contract
• Additional services requested after booking may incur extra charges

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Retainer fees are non-refundable
• Additional payments may be refundable depending on timing and circumstances

Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability, subject to terms outlined in your contract.

Photographer Cancellation

In the unlikely event we must cancel, all payments will be refunded in full. We will make reasonable efforts to help you find an alternative photographer.

Image Rights and Usage

Client Rights

Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use delivered images for personal purposes including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in their home.

Photographer Rights

Joe Lucky retains copyright of all images and may use them for:

• Portfolio and website display
• Social media and marketing
• Print competitions and publications
• Advertising and promotional materials

If you require privacy and wish to opt out of image usage, please discuss this before booking.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your images, we cannot be held liable for loss of images due to equipment failure, memory card corruption, or circumstances beyond our control. In such unlikely events, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, graphics, and logos is the property of Joe Lucky and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:
